- You need 3 Onions chopped
- Prepare 4 tsp oil
- Get 3 tablespoon Garlic paste
- Use 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- You need 2 Tomatoes puree

- Use 400 gm Chicken
- Use 3-4 Green chillies
- Provide 1-2 dried red chilis

- Take 1 tsp cumin powder

- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper,lime juice,red chili powder and put it into the fridge for 20 mins.
- Take out the chicken,heat oil and saute the chicken for 5-7 mins
- Heat white oil and add the chopped onions, while they turn light brown,add the ginger and garlic paste. Add red chili powder and cumin powder
- Add salt and a bit of the coriander leaves. Let the masala form.
- Now add the lightly fried chicken pieces. Mix for at least 8-10 mins. Now add two cups of hot water and let the chicken boil. Keep the flame low.
- When the gravy is forming, add 2-3 green chillies and the coriander leaves. Keep the heat high. Let the juice dry out. Till then,stir and mix continually.
