- Add ur oil in a pan when hot add onion nd stir fry till onion is a bit soften then add ur scotch bonnet nd stir fry,then add your peas,carrot,nd corn,stir fry for few sec then add ur(curry,garam masala, nd white pepper)stir fry
- Then add your maggi,thyme,nd mr chef spice mix,stir well and add water abt 1 cup nd a quater,close with lid nd allow to boil
- Add your couscous nd stir,then add ur cabbage immediately nd fold it in well
- After folding it in close the lid nd let it cook for 1 mins,then open and add remaining onion nd green pepper stir well nd close with lid for anoda 1 good min,on low heat by frequent opening nd stiring
