- Prepare 2 potatoes

- Get 2 tsp chopped coriander
- You need 1 tsp garam masala
- Use 1 cinnamon stick
- Provide 4 tsp oil

- Provide 1 cup Chopped tomato and onion

- Take 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji Mini Bites:
- Peel, wash and cut all the vegetabes.
- In a pressure cooker add chopped vegetables (except onion),salt, haldi, 1.5 cup water and close the lid. Cook till 6 whistles come.
- Heat the pan, add oil, jeera, cinnamon stick. Then add onion, saute it for 5 mins, add ginger garlic paste, cook for more 5 mins.
- Add tomato puree, all the spices, cook for 10 mins till it starts leaving oil then add chopped coriander.
- Now open the lid of pressure cooker, mash the bhaji, add it to pan and mix all the ingredients. Add garam masala, Cover and cook for 10 more mins.
- Take French bread slice, apply 1 spoon mayonnaise, put 2 tsp prepared bhaji on it, garnish with chopped tomato onion and coriander. Repeat the same process to make more pav bhaji mini bites, serve them hot with chutney.
