The ingredients needed to cook Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu):
  1. Prepare 250 grams Tofu
  2. You need 1 Katakuriko
  3. Prepare 1 Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
Instructions to make Agedashi Tofu (Fried Tofu):
  1. Cut the tofu into 4-5 cm chunks and drain the water.
  2. Place the katakuriko and the tofu block from Step 1 into a plastic bag and shake to coat.
