- Use 1/2 kg Iady finger
- Take 2 onion

- Wash & cut the bhindi in hr stomach put oil in pan roast
- Mustard seeds bay leaves sabut mirch a pinch of hing in it now put cutting garlic
- It roast golden then add onion tomato & roast peanut paste fry it low flame till oil is on masala now add 2 table spoon curd or cream
- All dry masala can be put in to oil now add bhindi mix masala & bhindi very well
- Cover with lid for some time check it 1 or 2 times with your hand now add roasted besan bhindi is ready to serve or eat
