- You need 3/4 cup Couscous
- Provide 1 cup Water
- Take 5 heads Rucola (aka arugula, aka rocket)
- Take 12 Cherry Tomatoes
- Use 2 Myoga (or sub w/purple onion)
- Take 50 g Pine Nuts
- You need 5 tablespoons Olive Oil

- In saucepan, add water and bring water to a boil.
- Add olive oil,
- Salt,
- Black pepper.
- Remove from heat and add couscous. Lightly mix so that all of the couscous gets covered in the sauce.
