  2. Use Dry fish
  3. Take Cow intestine
  4. You need Crayfish

  1. Wash your cow intestine, stockfish, dried fish and kpomo
  2. Put your washed cow intestine, and stock fish in your cooking pot. Then you add your grinded Uzaza seed, Ahuru, grinded pepper, knorr and salt to taste. Then cook.
  3. Slice your kpomo into smaller chunks, then add it.
  4. Add your palm oil and cook until your oil blends with the stock
  5. Dissolve one teaspoon of offor (not too full) with little red oil then add it to stock then allow it to boil very well then you add your crayfish and maggi nijapot, allow it to boil
  6. Add your dried fish, periwinkle and salt to taste
  7. Wash your uzuza leave then chop it into smaller chunks, add it to your soup. Stir and your native soup is ready
  8. You can serve it with any swallow of your choice
