- Take 1 cup dessicated coconut
- Get 1/2 cup condensed milk
- Prepare 5 beetel leaves (paan patta)
- You need 1 tsp cardomom powder

- Get 4 tbsp chopped nuts
- Take 4 tablespoons gulkand

- Provide 400 gms chocolate milk/dark
Instructions to make Chocolate paan balls:
- Churn the chopped paan leaves with condensed milk and set aside.
- Roast desiccated coconut with ghee for 2 minutes.
- Add in the paan and condensed milk mixture along with food colour. Mix well until looks combined. Set aside.
- Take the gulkand, saunf and nuts,mix well.
- Now take equal portion balls of coconut mixture and roll b/and greased palms.
- Stuff the gulkand filling.
- Roll into a ball shape. Then roll in the desiccated coconut. Set aside. If you stay at a place with warm temp. Keep them in refrigerator for 10-15 mins.
- Chop the chocolate.
- Melt with either microwave or double boiler method.
- Roll the paan balls in melted chocolate with help of skewer and tap the excess off.
