  3. After the butter has been melted for 10-15 minutes start grilling the steaks & add the brown sugar to the butter as it continues to cook down on low
  4. Once there is a good sear on each side of the steaks paint the butter sauce on the steaks making sure to do both sides, doing this will add moisture, tenderness & caramelization to your steak
