Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian and Kebabs:
  1. ~For preparing the florets: simply break the cauliflower into medium size florets. Add little salt and the florets in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. ~For preparing the batter: in a bowl mix all the ingredients together and whisk to make a smooth batter without lumps. ~For frying the florets: ->Dip the florets into the batter and make sure its perfectly coated. ->Heat oil in pan and fry the batter coated florets. You can either deep fry or pan fry . I pan fried my florets to cut down on the fat. Finally add the fried florets ensuring all fried florets are perfectly mixed with the seasoning and add vinegar.
