  1. Filling/Stuffing : Heat oil in a cooking pan and add schezwan pepper, once they are fried take them out and add chopped ginger and chopped garlic. Con till it loses the raw smell
  2. Add Onion and once it becomes translucent add the rest of veggies (Vegetables)
  3. Add all the sauces i.e. Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar
  4. Wash chicken breasts nicely and cut them into small pieces

  7. Assembling : Break eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  8. Pour oil in another non-stick pan and put one tortilla on it. Pour little egg mixture on tortilla and spread all over it
  9. Cook from both sides till egg is cooked and then place little portion of chicken manchurian mixture and make a roll. Cook chicken manchurian mixture covered in tortilla for few minutes
