- Sift whole wheat & refined flour, custard powder, baking powder, salt and keep aside.
- Blend sugar, ghee and rose essence till smooth (I used food processor).
- Now mix wet ingredients to dry. Add trutti frutti & nuts also. Now form a smooth dough using little milk.
- Form a log & tightly cover with foil. Keep it in freezer for 1 hr.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Grease & dust the baking tray.
- Now cut it into cookies with a sharp knife. Arrange all the cookies on the tray with 1/2-1 inch gap in between.
- Bake it at 180°C for 22 mins. Let it cool & store in a airtight container.
