- Dry roast the carom seeds,cardamom and fenugreek seeds.Roast the dry fruits and lotus seeds in 1-1 tsp ghee.
- Now roast the wheat flour and other dry ingredients in ghee nicely until golden and aromat.Roast coconut powder also at the end of roasting.
- Take 1 tsp ghee in cake mould and mix gond well and bake it for 10 to 15 seconds till crispy and bigger in size.Crush it well.
- Grind well the fenugreek and carom seeds.Cut the dry fruits.Crush the lotus seeds.Add black pepper powder.Mash the jaggery well.
- Now mix well all ingredients and make small balls with your palm pressing it nicely. Ladoos are ready to eat for your good health.
