  1. Provide 1 cup suji
  2. Use 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Provide 4 green cardamom
  4. Use 1.5 cup water

  1. First soak suji in water for 15 mins,now drain all water.
  2. Now put few drops of orange food colour in 1 cup water and add sugar also. Cook till it becomes a little bit thick mixture.
  3. Now in another pan take ghee,add some elaichi fry it, add suji and bhunify it well until it's changes its colour.
  4. After that switch off flame let it cool the mixture, add sugar mixture,now turn on flame and again bhunify the mixture.And it's ready. Garnish with almonds.
