- Take a bow add egg, vinegar, red chillies, black pepper, garlic paste, soya sauce and beat it.
- Now put chicken in the mixture. Add cornflour, maida and mix it well and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
- In a pan take oil, heat it. Add chicken and cook until it cooked properly and it's colour change to golden.
- Take out the chicken and put aside.
- In the pan add oil and heat it. Add garlic, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, capsicum, black pepper and mix it.
- Add water, cornflour. Then add fried chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Now delicious Manchurian is ready. Serve with chinese rice😊😋.
