  1. Take a bow add egg, vinegar, red chillies, black pepper, garlic paste, soya sauce and beat it.
  2. Now put chicken in the mixture. Add cornflour, maida and mix it well and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pan take oil, heat it. Add chicken and cook until it cooked properly and it's colour change to golden.
  4. Take out the chicken and put aside.
  5. In the pan add oil and heat it. Add garlic, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, capsicum, black pepper and mix it.
  7. Add water, cornflour. Then add fried chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Now delicious Manchurian is ready. Serve with chinese rice😊😋.
