  1. Get 2 medium size bitter gourd, sliced
  2. Provide 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. You need 1 tsp mustard seed
  4. Prepare 1-2 dry red chilies

  2. Heat oil in a pan & temper with mustard seeds, red chilies & curry leaves.
  3. After it stops spluttering, add bitter gourd, onion, garlic, salt & turmeric powder.

  5. Switch off the flame and serve as a side dish with rice or chapattis.
