  1. In a mixing bowl,add suji,riceflour and corn Flour.Mix well.Now add curd and salt.Mix well cover and rest for 15 min.Now the suji will absorb moisture and batter will become thicker.So add 1/2 Cup water little by little as needed and stirr well to make proper pouring consistency batter.
  2. In a Plate mix all chopped vegetables.Add salt,oregano,Ginger chilli paste, red chilli Powder(optional),coriander.Mix every thing.
  3. Heat a no stick pan.Now spread 2 ladlefull of batter and spread evenly.apply little oil all around.cover and let it cook till golden brown on LOW flame.Flip it to other side.Apply pizza sauce and tomato ketchup evenly all over.Spread the vegetables on top evenly.spribkle red chilli flakes and oregano.
  4. Grate processed cheese cover with lid and cook until cheese gets melted.When Suji pizza is cooked,transfer it in a serving Plate.Cut with pizza cutter and Serve hot.
