- You need 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Provide 1/2 cup butter/ghee
- Provide 1/2 cup sugar
- Provide 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Use 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Provide 1 pinch salt
- Get 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Use 1 tbsp corn flour
- Use 1/4 cup milk at room temperature

- In a mixing bowl, add ghee and sugar and whisk together. Mix well until sugar get dissolved. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and corn starch to it and mix well with hands. Add little milk at a time and knead a dough.
- Dough shouldn’t be too soft, it should be cracky all the way. Rest the dough for 15 mins in refrigerator. Now make lemon sized balls out of it. Flatten them very slightly between palms. Top them with chocolate chips. Keep them in a baking tray using aluminium foil or baking sheet underneath.
