- You need 1 pack chilli bite mix
- You need 1/2 onion chopped
- You need 1/2 green pepper chopped
- Use 1 egg
- Use 100 g spinach
- Prepare Flour
- Use 1/2 tsp tumeric
- Get 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Get 1 tsp peri peri spice

- Throw the pack of chilli bite mix into a clean mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper. Add the chilli flakes of the green pepper as well.
- Add the egg and the spices and mix with desired amount of cold water (mixture shouldn't be too thin nor too thick).
- Add about 5-6 tbl flour and mix all ingredients (including chopped spinach) together. Mixture should be firm but not too firm.
- Heat oil in a pan and dip a tablespoon in some clean oil and put in spoonfuls of the mixture to make a round shape. Fry until golden brown and occasionally poke with a fork to ensure that mixture is properly cooked inside.
