- Now diced the onion and in frying pan….pour oil heat on low flame…add in onion and all spices mentioned above…. Fry for 1 minute then turn off the heat

- Now heat oil in a wok or frying pan on low to medium flame..oil should not be too hot…. Then fry chillies and don't touch until fry from one side turn Chillies after 7 to 8 minutes and fry for more 10 minutes until cook from inside perfectly… Yay these are ready to serve with sauce
