- First wash jalapeños and dry them then cut from one side in length then deseed all then dip all in vinegar for 15 to 20 mins then take them out put these on strainer for 1/2 an hour these may be completely dry (I wipe out with tissue) - Now first fill the mayonnaise and peri peri sauce like 1/2 tsp then chicken strips then filled with cheese. - Now for coating mix corn flour and flour both first dip filled jalapeños in flour then egg then flour then egg then bread crumbs then eggs and then bread crumbs adjust coating with the palm. Then rest it in fridge for 1 hour
- Then deep fry it and make a dip sauce by mixing mayonnaise peri sauce and mustard sauce and serve it
