Steps to make Mini Paneer Pizza | Paneer Pizza:
- In a mixing bowl or pan take 2 cups all-purpose flour,1/2 cup curd, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix very well.
- Add water in parts.begin to mix and then knead the dough. - keep on kneading till you get a soft and smooth dough. - Rub some oil over the dough,and keep covered in a bowl. Allow the dough to leave for 45 minutes.
- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1/2 cup curd. Now add gram flour, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,garam masala, red chili powder, salt - as per taste and then combine well.
- Add paneer cubes in this mixture, gently mix and toss the paneer, spice powders, and salt. - cover and keep aside to - marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- After 15 to 30 minutes heat a pan put 2 tbsp oil and put paneer cubes and fry the paneer cubes from all sides.when paneer - cubes are fried after that we can switch off the gas flame.
- Our dough is ready now. knead again for 1 minute. - take the pizza dough ball and sprinkle some flour on it and begin to roll it using a rolling pin.
- Roll to a medium thickness in the dough. - now cut the rolled dough with a circular cutter.
- Place the circular pizza base on the frying pan.prick with a fork. - Fry both sides of the pizza base.
- When the pizza base is slightly fried from both the sides, we will turn off the flame and take it off.
- Now spread pizza sauce - onto pizza base, then spread mozzarella cheese, capsicum, and boiled corn.
- Now place the paneer cube in the middle of the pizza base. spread chili flakes and oregano.
- Spread 1 cup of salt in a pan or kadhai, cover it and preheat the pan for 5 minutes at low flame.
- After 5 mint set the pizza in the pan and bake it for 15 minutes - in medium flame
- After 15 minutes it will be baked. now we will bring it out of the pan. - Now our Mini Paneer Pizza is ready to serve.
