- Dont add any water. Kned the dough well and follow the measurements i mentioned above, it will be perfect. If your adding more dough, add a little more ghee.
- Keep kneding for atleast 10 minutes, till the dough becomes smooth and make sure that the dough doesn't stick to plate.
- Take a biscuit baking tray and brush a little oil on the tray to avoid sticking in case. If you wish to add a butter sheet, you can.
- Make a shape if the dough as per your requirement and put them on the baking tray.
- Sprinkle crushed almonds on top of the biscuits.
- Pre heat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
- After 10 mins a d now reduce the cookie to 130 degree Celsius for atleast 20 - 25 minutes. (I only switched on the down part of the oven to bake)
- Keep checking and if you have a wooden tooth pick just poke it a little and see. Also check the bottom of the biscuit to avoid dark brown burns.
- At end, for atleast 3 minutes just on the top part of oven with same 130 degree C. Dont keep for more than 3 minutes.
- Once its done, the dough may seem smooth but one you let it out to cool, it will form a proper biscuit.
