  1. In a mixing bowl, take four add ajwain, salt and oil in it and mix well. Now add water gradually and knead a tight dough. Let it rest to 10-15 mins.

  6. Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Add a pinch of salt to cook tomatoes more quickly. Cook it until it gets mushy.
  7. Now, add all the above-mentioned masalas cook for 2 mins add a lil water to avoid overcooking and now add washed and cut potatoes. Add water as required. Cook until 2 whistles.
