  3. Stir with a wooden stick to avoid lumps.
  4. Gradually add more water as you are stirring to make it thick.
  5. Lower the heat and boil for 5mins to cook it well.
  6. Boil the meat with onion,maggi and salt.boil for 25minutes.
  7. Blend the tomatoes and pepper till is very smooth.
  8. Heat up pot till is very dry.pour in the palmoil bleach for 3minutes.
  9. The oil will be very clear allow it to cool a bit then pour in the blended tomatoes and pepper.
  10. Place back on fire,boil till the water drys.example for like 20-25mins.
  11. Fry for 3minutes,add onion fry for 1min and add water.
  12. Boil it till boils very well add maggi and salt and sliced okro boil for 2mins.stew is ready.
  13. Use nylon to tie the amala and keep in the fridge till when ready to be consumed.
  14. Serve both together and enjoy.
