  1. Provide 1 cup suji /semolina
  2. Prepare 2 cups sugar, if you want less sugar Use according to taste

  5. Get 3/4 cup Ghee
  6. Use 3 cups water

  1. Boil Water with sugar and 2illich sabut, add food colour, when boil comes cook for 2mins and close flame.Sheera is ready
  2. In a karhai dry roast suji on medium low flame till colour changes and smell comes, take it out on a plate
  3. In same wok add ghee and heat it add illichi seeds than roasted suji aur bhun lein achi tarha spoon chalate rahen, than add sheera and cook on low flame till bubbles appear add pista badam, kewra and cover and put on dum for 10mins than close flame.
  4. Take out and garnish with more nuts.
