  1. Take 2 cups samp
  2. Provide 1 cup sugar beans
  3. Use 1 kg mutton pieces
  4. Take 1 med onion chopped
  5. Provide 1/2 green pepper chopped

  1. Add the samp to a big pot, wash and let it boil in enough water for 1hr,wash the sugarbeans and add to the samp. Let it cook till soft and keep aside.
  2. Add oil to a separate pot and fry the chopped onion with peppers and jeera seeds, cinnamon stick and bay leaf till onions are done, add the chopped tomatoes, dhanya and jeera powder cook for 5mins.
  3. Add Masala, kashmir Masala,garlic and ginger and add the meat.Stir and let it braise for 5mins,add half cup water and salt.Cook for 40 mins till meat is done, add boiled samp and beans, stir and let it cook through on low heat for 15mins. Serve with worcestershire sauce or on it's own.
